Jaafer Eideh is not a name you’ve likely heard before. Until last month his Northeastern Investments LLC owned the property at 125 Liberty Street in downtown Springfield which the state recently selected as the site of the new regional justice center.
Eideh bought the property from a medical practice for $945,000 in December 2024.
But on July 20, Eideh sold the property to a newly created limited liability company for $100.
